    2007 Santiago de Chile

    12 Brillos are a crew of 12 graffiti artists who met randomly, they often tend to meet up and paint sporadically during weekends.
    They formed a collective after getting to know each other for a while, their individual styles of graffiti are very different. Each one of the crew members have a unique vision in painting and life, and how our work is reflected on the street or in any format we use. Since 2007 we been making Group work, but the majority of us, we have a long road on these of street painting. Our job is between traditional graffiti and muralism, between art in general painting, dising, crafts, illustration, photography and what we like and we relieve we are able to do. Always trying to make our practice are autonomous and free.
    We travel in a large group in Chile and abroad for graffiti and muralism meetings and or Jobs you can find them in different places such as populations, community centres, squatting, universities, colleges and any wall that is available to say something through our painting.
    We work with social issues and current problems such as environmental, demolish ambiente, discrimination to indigenous cultures, repression and looting carried out by the Chilean state through his multinacional Partners and its armed police. We relieve that graffiti is a tool to communicate what the officially sanctioned media are silent but also to stick together as a family. 12 crew brightness:
